Return Policy

Metalshirts.net will not sell your email address or any personal information you may provide on the order form. This information is necessary to complete an order and it will not be used for any other purposes.

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be exchanged for a different size or style within 30 days of the shipment of the order.

Please keep your invoice if you would like to be able to return or exchange an item. If you require a refund for any reason you must return the item within 30 days of receiving it.

Shipping costs on returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Packages must be returned prepaid. Metalshirts.net will NOT accept any COD packages. Shipping for returns or exchanges is non-refundable except in the event that wrong or defective merchandise has been shipped to the customer.

Important: Metalshirts.net will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed in any way, dried in a dryer, or damaged/stained in any way. This includes items that are damaged, shrunk, etc. in a dryer. Metalshirts.net is not responsible for bleeding or fading of colors due to washing of the shirts. Metalshirts.net is also not responsible for any damage done during the drying of a shirt.

Important: There are no refunds or exchanges for International orders! In addition, Metalshirts.net cannot guarantee delivery for international orders!

Customers who order two of the same item in consecutive sizes and then send one back for a refund may be charged a restocking fee of $5.00. Many customers do this because they are not quite sure what size to order. We recommend contacting us via email for shirt measurements. Please do not order 2 of the same item in different sizes with the intention of returning one of those items. This practice costs Metalshirts.net extra money in the form of labor, payment-processing fees, and also in the fact that the item that gets returned was not in our stock for the period of time which it was in transit to and from the customer.

Personal checks, cash payments, and money orders are not eligible for refunds. These orders can still exchange items for different sizes or styles, but Metalshirts.net will not issue refunds on any personal check, cash payment, or money order. Credit Card or Paypal credits will be placed on the original credit card or Paypal account that was used at the time of purchase.

How do I return a shirt for a refund or exchange?

First, send an e-mail to metalshirts@aol.com. Please tell us the reason for the return. If you want to exchange an item, please provide us with the name of the band, description of the item, and item number of the merchandise you wish to receive in exchange for the product you are sending back.
Return the item(s) along with the order invoice (or a copy of the order invoice). If you do not have the invoice, please include the order number and the name of the person who placed the order.
Please also include a telephone number or an email address in case we have to contact you regarding the order.

Returns should be folded and packaged in a manner that protects the item. Metalshirts.net reserves the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary. Metalshirts.net highly recommends that the customer use mail services which allow return items to be tracked. Metalshirts.net will not be responsible for returns that are not received.
Due to the fact that Metalshirts.net cannot resell items that smell strongly of (cigarette) smoke, we cannot accept returned items that smell strongly of smoke.
